Free admission to the beach of the natural lake Walchsee, to the WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE swimming pool in Kössen and to the open air pool in Reit im Winkl is included!

Tourism bed levy: 2,60 EUR per day and person over 15 years.
The prices includes all additional costs (electricity costs, bed linen etc.)
Free parking by the house.
Fee for dogs 10,00 per day and animal. Please remark this in the enquiry.

Payment arrangements: pre payment of 25% of the overall cost after the booking and the remaining amount after the arrival
